Re: NHL '11 - '12 Thread
Yeah I watched the replay multiple times. He was clearly knocked out. I have no clue why the whistle was not immediate. His arms were locked and he appeared to convulse more than once. Given how many times I have heard Shann say "the primary point of contact in this situation was the head", I would hope he stays consistent.

The Rumor is, The Bruins signed Turco but some other Team may be claiming him from waivers.
What this will do is 1. Turco, loses because even if another team claims him from the waiver wire he can't play in the NHL. Some rules about Waivers and signings after the trade deadline. 2. The Bruins, lose because they don't have a serviceable back up Here is a link to the interview with Chiarelli http://boston.cbslocal.com/2012/03/0...clear-waivers/

Re: NHL '11 - '12 Thread
Wild nearly blew it last night, but pulled it out in a shootout. Saw them give up 2 goals in a span of a minute in the 3rd.
Harding went down with an injury, and now they're down to their 3rd goalie with Backstrom already out with a groin strain. That's not a good thing. Any of you guys play goalie? LOL |

Big win for the Hawks over the Blueshirts last night, Johnny Oduya with his first goal as a Hawk.
Maybe Boston shoulda started Turco today. Changing gears: Players you hate, but would love to have on your team. I keep coming back to Steve Ott.

Re: NHL '11 - '12 Thread
Thomas has suxed big time he is slow and giving up soft goals although yesterday they just lost focus.
From an inside source some of the guys in the room are not happy with TT? It seems it's always someone else's fault, he never mans up and says he let in a bad goal. Might see Marty today, expectations are low can't be that much worse then the 3-4 Thomas is letting in?
