On a diet...had a 4 eggbeater omelet with mushrooms, smothered in hot salsa verde, with a couple of brown rice cakes, and some cantelope...was actually very good...down twelve pounds in two-and-a-half weeks...

Threw a couple salmon steaks on the grill. Had some salad and couscous w/sauted garlic scapes as the sides.

Scraped out a Avocado. Ate about 6 handfuls of peanuts. Drank half a 16 oz Mtn Dew I put up
in the freezer when I got home from work.
Yeah, I 'm a gourmet.
