RANGO.....Late getting to the party. Like most films I watch, AWESOME most of the way through, but the ending, and endings are hard, I know, ehh, it was good. Not Awesome like the movie, but good enough to make me like the movie as a whole. PROMETHEUS.....I didn't hate it nearly as much as the series fans and sci-fi eviscerators did, I thought it was as good as most of the stuff made in the past 5-10 years. Nice effects, cool enough story, confusing at times, but overall, I give it a thumb up. |

An oldie, but a great one: Charade. I hadn't made the connection until I watched Charade this time that the french police officer is the same actor that plays with Hepburn as the museum cop in "How to Steal a Million" I don't know if George Kennedy is just really tall, or if Cary Grant was short. But there is a scene in Charade where George and Cary are getting off the elevator, and Kennedy towers way over Grant on height!!

The Raven. I went to sleep 1/4 the way in. Guess I'll have to try again later, wifey says it picked up and got better after I was "out".
