I have many times. It is a very good stout but not nearly as big a stout as the name might suggest.

yes many times, it's actually the first stout i had outside of guiness a year or two ago and I haven't looked back. it's very easy to get a hold of up here in MA.

These are my next 3 to pick up (maybe next week): Goose Island Bourbon County 2009, Hoppin Frog BORIS, and The Lost Abbey Serpent Stout.

Great choices, when I was in Worcester last fall I was surprised by how much GIBCS 2009 I saw on the shelves. I bought one bottle to bring home and enjoyed it. The BORIS is great and the BORIS Barrel Aged is even better but its almost $16 a 22oz here so its a rare treat for me. Matt-n-GA shared his bottle of Serpent Stout with me and it was outstanding

Here is the latest pick up
The Harpoon was first introduced last year to replace the white ale they had and it was a really good decision on their part
I am trying the Lagunitas for the first time

It is making me happy

I think I read recently that Pete's is going bye-bye. Gambrinus which owns Pete's is discontinuing the brand.

Yep, I would normally buy some before it's all gone, but IMHO Pete's has not been the same for awhile now.

I agree I haven't had Pete's for a while and I realized there is a reason.
Not as good as it used to be.

I drink stouts out of a pint glass, unless they're Imperials and then I use a snifter or a wine goblet.
