For me it was a Xikar, then I found Palio....wow, what a difference! I still use a punch from time to time, especially on some of the fuller bodied smokes.

If all else fails....................Benchmade Auto!

I use one of my pocket knives. :-) Nothing like pulling out a Benchmade 530 and cutting the cap off like a pro. The .09" blade really helps
