Palio can also open beer bottles, but it scratches it a little.

Oooo! I think your OBD showed me that trick, but I'd clean forgot about it.

Thanks for the reminder! [mwah!]

Both of these vendors are members here and have great customer service.

Thinking about picking up the CF one if I can still find one. I'm still using my Xikar Xi from like 4 years ago.. a great cutter but lately it seems to be mashing rather than cutting. Hmm maybe next paycheck ill invest in the Palio since everyone here gave it such high marks.

Palio is in my opinion the only option when looking for a premium cutter that isn't on the premium side.

I love my palio. Self Sharpening, self ceaning, guaranteed for life, and only 45 bucks?!?

why wouldn't you want a palio?

All of our employees at Habana premium cigars here in albany, NY carry them, and its pretty much the only one we push when it comes to people looking for a great cutter with a great price!

Question.

Aren't Xikars considered "better" cutters? With the Xikar Xi at about the same price as the Palio, ($35 vs $40 online) why wouldn't those be more recommended?
I'm a bit of a newbie, and I've never used either one -- just the $2 plastic guillotines, so I don't really know the differences.
