Fonseca Cosacos Partagas Super Partagas (I think these are the best of the whole marca) SCdLH El Principe (not quite a budget smoke, but close) Non-Cuban: Famous Nicaraguan 3000 Benchmade Tampa Sweethearts Consuegra's Occidental Reserve double maduro Partagas Black Punch Oliva G, O, and sometimes V DPG blue (when gotten on the joecigar deal, it's a budget smoke ) |

I was just introduced to Villa Dominicana. In California, they run just under $3 and for the price it's a fantastic smoke.
La Flor Dominicana Chisels, actually, the whole Double Ligero line. Oliva Serie V Lancero. The other sizes are just as good but as far as value, the Lancero wins. |
