Re: Top Shot on the History Channel
I hope Gunny is the one that wins. George is a total dick and needs his ass handed to him. Waaaay too much drama. Like a buncha women.

Re: Top Shot on the History Channel
I'm for cutting out the voting for elimination. If you are the worse man on the trial, you're gone. No Survivor Island BS about voting the best off so the weak will have a chance! You snooze, you lose. That's what any survivor show should be about. But like Tony said, then all you would have would be a 20 minute (at the most) show!!

Re: Top Shot on the History Channel
Just watched the finale, I tell ya it was pretty damn unexpected. The challenges were not spectacular but still very cool!

Re: Top Shot on the History Channel
So what do you all think? Did George throw his last shot? I mean he is a rifle man, hard to believe he missed that shot so badly.
I'm thinking that when Colby asked the 3 what they would use the money for, George had a change of heart. He realized he didn't need the money. I think he felt the others could do more with it. Seems George was just really in this for the experience. Yes, he was a cocky little ass, but I think he is still a pretty decent guy all in all. Also, anybody catch the box of cigars left out for them??? I did, it looked like a box of Xikar HTC smokes. |

Re: Top Shot on the History Channel
My final thoughts on season II are:
I'm glad Chris won, He seemed to be an all around good guy. George turned out to be a stand up good guy. We all know he threw those shoots to help a friend. He gets my Bravo Zulu Award. Ashley gets the Douche Bag Award (with apologies to the Admiral). You don't treat a fellow serviceman (Jamie) like that, Period! Season 2 was fun to watch and the contestants for season 3 look interesting. I would like to see more shooting and less drama, but hey, drama sells shows these days so I suspect we'll see lots next season.

George threw that last shot. The rifle wasn't even aimed at his target.

I'm pretty disapointed that the women are already gone. I think they were better than most of the men. They both just had a bad day of competition. That gatlin gun was cool.

I love this show. There is a gatlin gun like that at Cabellas not far from my house. Man they are pretty!
