Or maybe write down some notes about your thoughts regarding your first few cigars. Keep those notes in a safe place, and as time goes by, they'll be some interesting reading 5, 10, even 20 years from now. Your tastes will definitely change over time. You may love a cigar now, but two years from now you may think, "Meh." Or maybe not. With the huge variety out there, even us seasoned smokers are still learning.

Yeah in the beginning when your sampling lots of different things it can be hard to keep track of what you like and what you dislike. A little notebook is an excellent idea.
