Signed all the purchase agreement paperwork today. Home inspection on Friday.

Just signed all the Loan paperwork this afternoon. closing day is getting closer.

Home inspection went great and the radon levels were very low. Closing on the house 1 month from today.

The front door is bomb proof, i made sure of that. There's nothing that can blow that door off its hinges.

Ha, I was living a few blocks from the house I bought and would walk the dogs by the house almost every day while I was waiting for it to close.
