Default Re: What beers are you enjoying?

I just picked these up today!!!

Sierra Nevada Kellerweis!!!

Alcohol content 4.8% by volume
Yeast: Ale Yeast
Beginning gravity: 12.8 Plato
Ending gravity: 3.5 Plato
Malts: Two-row Pale, Wheat, Munich
Bittering hops: Perle or Sterling
Bitterness units 15

This is a very sweet/floral hefeweizen!!! Hints of gloves and banana... Not really my cup of tea!!! I prefer more hops in my beer!!! If you like fruity, this one is for you!!!

I only have one or two stores in my area that carry it. Once they get it in, it is all gone within a few weeks, then it seems like it takes another month or two to get more. I am a very impatient person, ecspecially when it comes to beer!!

Just finished the brewery tour for "Big Boss Beer" here in Raleigh, NC.

Had one "Angry Angel" and two "Hells Belles"....couldn't smoke inside and it was way to hot to be smoking outside!

But they let the other people smoke cigarettes inside....that just ain't fair!

I had a glass of Left Hand Warrior IPA a couple of nights ago. I am sure I won't be paying that much for that again. It wasn't bad but it was pricey. To much got beer out there for that price.
