The half pound of Columbiam Supreme they sent wasn't too bad either.

Re: What are you roasting today?
Depends on if I get off my lazy butt and roast it up. Typically I can go through 12oz of beans in 7-10 days.

Re: What are you roasting today?
Burman's is a great source for green coffee. There's so many options; what do you normally drink? What will you be roasting them with?

Other than looking at my order history from last time, I couldn't tell ya what I had. I normally order from them or Sweet Maria's.

The Mexican Terruño Nayarita is a great medium bodied coffee. Guatemala Hue Hue is usually a good full bodied coffee, try their Guatemala Huehuetenango Finca Injertal or the La Esperanza. And you can never go wrong with an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Let us know what you order

Re: What are you roasting today?
Fired-up the West Bend Poppery II late this morning (sounds like a whopping commercial roaster doesn't it?) and roasted up some Brazil Bobolink Brown (about 15.25oz post-roast)...
Give it about 10 to 11 hours of de-gas time and we're ready to rock n roll

Re: What are you roasting today?
Are you blending some of these Sam, or using single? All are tasty beans!

Re: What are you roasting today?
I saved some of the Yemen and Ethiopian for SO in my Aeropress and blended the rest. The blend has a big, silky body with complex chocolate, caramel, nuts and a bit of citrus in the cup this morning. The Yemen needs to rest a couple more days before the berries will pop out on the top end. Fantastic cup of coffee to say the least.
