Really good BBS! I've only had it once a couple of years ago, but I'm still looking for it down here in Chicagoland after that first experience. Binny's carries there very good regular release's; hopefully they will get that and the BB Barleywine soon.

I doubt I'll ever see this one again. Alchemist Hell or High Water Luscious. It's an RIS that was salvaged from the brewery basement after the flood and bottled at Rock Art. Great beer, glad I got a chance to try it. |

I found that its a love hate kind of thing. Alot of people that had it absolutly loved it. Everyone else hated it. No middle ground.That being said I like it alot. Its very unique. When its fresh is has a very sweet stong caramel flavor. The year old bottle tastes alot more like champagne. It lost all the caramel and became fruity and bubbly. I say if you have the extra cash give it a whirl especially with the holidays here.
