Yeah, I've always loved the V Maduro releases and this year's was in my favorite size. Going to have to bite the bullet and find a box here pretty soon.

What's the flavor like? I can easily grab a few boxes from the local B&M. (One of the few "good" sticks that they carry.)

I'm not great at describing flavors but what I pick up are really nice. sweet, earthy, leather tones, with hints of cocoa. Just a really good, classic maduro flavor. Not to mention the construction is darn near perfect every time I smoke one. Especially with this years' robusto size.

I'll have to check 'em out. Are they similar to the Camacho Triple Maduro? (If you've had them before.)

A little sweeter hint (IMO) and a smoother cigar. Fullness is close, but I would give that to the triple maddy.

Enjoyed a L'Atelier MAD56 Maduro and a 2013 Oliva Series V Especial Double Robusto Maduro. Both were fantastics sticks.

Blessed with 46-degree evening, fog and mist. Burning a JdN Dark Antano Corojo El Martillo & listening to Penguins-Canucks hockey on radio from Vancouver.

Had this guy last night, SUPER tasty stick. Unfortunately the -20 degree weather made me cut it short...

Went to a local B&M with another user on here and a buddy of mine today. Felt like smoking something a little milder so I grabbed an Oliva Connecticut Reserve. This stick did not disappoint, rich and creamy with a hint of coffee and white pepper in the finish. Bellowed smoke and the burn and draw were perfect. It was a nice change of pace from my current maddy obsession and I would definitely smoke this again.

Your move Jbuford!
