Huy I think you are focusing on the wrong part. I think the fact that Tom did 245x8 and 265x4 after the 14 reps is way more impressive.

Good work, Pops

Had to travel to Santa Ana this morning for a meeting, so I got the dawg up a bit early at 04:00 for our walk, and then in to the garage for the usual:

Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps

Should mention we "tree'd" a racoon this morning during our walk. He (the racoon) stopped about 8' up in a "Y" area of the tree. We moved to about 10' from that "Y" and observed. That racoon was just staring down at us with its "bandit looking face." What a great looking animal. Nonetheless, and with great resistance from the dawg, we con't on our walk

Back today, decided to go (relatively) light and make it a rep day.

T-Bar rows 225 X 25, 23, 21 19, 18, 15, 13, 11 (shortened rest period between every set)

CG Cable rows, 240 in similar fashion

Barbell Rows, 225 in similar fashion

Abs to finish.

I was pumped like crazy and soaked by the end.

I was preaching to a youngster in the gym yesterday about not going heavy every workout, cycling in some rep days....so I figured I better practice what I preached.

Back and chest day for me, this whole week has been a funky schedule so since it's Friday, just had to throw in chest... haven't done chest in a while.

Why, did something unusual happen in your life this last week?

EeeeeeeHaaaaaawwwww! Blue grass tunes playing on the local college station this morning in the garage:

Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps

Able to add new weight to the reverse curls this AM, and decided to add weight to the other routines come next workout session.

Assault Recon and Creatine arrived the other day. So the creatine has now been added to the pre and post workout liquids and tracking same. Dosage for Recon is 40g and will be sticking with that to see how that rides for post workout.

Regarding WeightWatchers, have dropped from 249 to 239 during the last two weeks, so the weight is taking a positive direction.

You guys have a great Sunday as its time to shower/shave and we're heading out to see Oblivion with Cruse and Freeman. Looking forward to this flic.

And, a big to you Tom Hope you'll be able to locate at least a couple of decent smokes from the humi to enjoy...

Same here Huy. Just moped my way through it. Then came home to mow grass with a mower that wouldn't start. After killing my already tired shoulder I have up and paid the kid next door to do the yard.
