8 days straight?!!! Rest well earned. Hell, throw in a little nip of tequila while you're at it.

Bumped-up the sets per routine this morning in the garage and feeling good:

Standing reverse curls x5/8reps
Standing bicep curls x5/8reps
Standing french press x5/8reps
Standing upright row x5/8reps
Standing press x5/8reps

In addition, upped the Assault to 25g which paired nicely with the extra set per routine. Don't know if I've mentioned this or not, but the raspberry/lemonade flavor taste great, and contrary to some of the reviews I've read in the past, the powder dissolves completely. In essence, I dump the 25g of Assault powder into 12oz of water and stir for approximately 40 seconds or more. Yeah, you get a little sediment on the bottom, but its nothing that a little swirling can't take care of once you reach the bottom. To date, no post jitters, crashing, headaches, blah, blah, and blah...

Contratulations Robert! Had my first weigh-in yesterday with Weight Watchers. 5'11" and 246 lbs. Goal is to lose some weight and git it down to 210 lbs

Back to doing heavy this week. Partner didn't tell me he was going out of town for a short trip so I was stuck doing chest today. Luckily I have some friends there to give me a spot. Heavy day, felt very very good. I was down to about 1/2 scoop of Mesomorph, so I decided to throw the rest in, along with Hyde. Yes, it was amazing. Lol

Flat bench 3x5
Incline db 3x5
Decline bench 3x5
Hammer strength incline 3x6

Weighted dips
Reverse grip tri pull down

My shoulder is a lot better today. I'm very surprised that it got better so soon. Even incline should press today didn't bother me.

Chest and Tris today. Props to my gym buddy that denied my request to skip the gym for the pub and a cigar.

Did back on Tuesday. Went heavy again and damn did it feel good.
Tom, I take back what I said about Hyde. It was no effing joke this time around, I don't know if it was me waiting a few hours after I ate to consume Hyde or what but I swear, it felt like I could lift up a house.

Bent over bb rows 3x5 225lb
T-Bar row 3x5 4 plates (heaviest I've ever done)
Wide grip lat pull downs 4x6
reverse cable flys 4x5

Took yesterday off for my bachelor party...

Legs today with the fiance. She impressed me with squating 135 5x

Squats 8x8
hack squats 5x10
db lunges 5x8
single leg lying curls 5x8

Chest day....strength was just not there today. Hit some different angles to get a decent workout anyway, but getting frustrated with the chest days recently.
