This evening before supper re-visited a Maria Mancini robusto larga from 1999.
I don't remember what they tasted like fresh, but it was still a pretty good smoke. Started off with a nice sweetness in the flavor and picked up a nice peppery bite to it further in. These would have probably been gone a long time ago if it didn't take so long to smoke one. Had to toss it for dinner at probably 1.5 hrs in and there was still almost 2" left. |
