I bet you did Tom! I just finished looking at the "ingredients label" and there be a lot of "stuff" in that jar of PMD brother. Haven't checked the NoEx.

Looking at bringing in some of the pre-workout fuel later on for my routines, and have been checking the labels on Jack3d and Hemo Rage. For myself, I figure possibly starting out at a little under 1/2 scoop (or 3 to 4 gm) to see how that mingles with the body and take it from there.

You guys have a good evening and weekend...

Digging the PMD already, Mark....besides that, the ones I have had good results from are:

White Flood
Jack3d
Hemo-Rage Utlra
NO-Explode

So I would say the ones you chose are good ones to try. I prefer the Hemo-rage a bit over the Jack3d.

I hope this does not date me too much, but how many know what an Arm Blaster is and are using them?

If you are new to lifting, I think it is one of the most beneficial devices ever thought of to really teach the "art" of curling. Your lifting amount will drop big time, but the results will be dramatic (if that's what you are after).

I rarely see them in gyms and not sure why? In the 80's it was standard equipment

I saw a guy using one at my gym yesterday, Moses! Too funny.

I haven't used one for almost 25 years, but I know the guy who brought his yesterday....I'll have to borrow it next time I see him.

You mean you don't have one laying around, Tom?

Had a nice chest day. Finished it off with some negatives, that was fun.

Looks like a good routine Tom. I'll have to find a bench for the garage to do those though:

LOL I despise skullcrushers...still do em but they cause me much pain. Definitely works the weakest part of my Tri.

Today I finally got back in the groove. Had a couple rest days this weekend and some cardio. Did shoulders on Fri and my left shoulder has been sore since. Tried to take it easy and rest it. So I went with Legs day...don't wanna end up like that pic on the previous page...

Leg Press
Leg Extension
Lying Leg Curl
Hack Squat
30 mins cardio
