Costa Rica Finca Bella Vista at City ++ with 6 days on it. It mellowed very nicely. Milk Chocolate, Caramel and a slight citrus'y fruit.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
The cup has a great salted caramel scent. A little buttered sourdough toast too. I really liked this one.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Artisan Dark Roast from the coffee pass. I had some first thing this morning and it was okay. I must have used a different amount of grinds in my press because I just made a fresh press and it is mighty tasty!

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
El Salvador Las Mercedes Pacamara roasted 2 days ago to FC, drip, dollop. I LOVE this coffee, with "complex flavors of chocolate, grapefruit, honey and herbs."
Grapefruit, in coffee?? It never occured to me that that would be good. But this is beyond good. I guess it shouldn't surprise, citrus is fairly common in coffee, but this is the first for me, with grapefruit. From Klatch, highly reccomended!
