Pumping Iron with Zemekone and Icehog3 - Page 301

At 47 and haven't worked out in over 10 years, I started back 4 months ago and I am really happy with my progress...went from 150 on the bench to 275-6 times and see and feel a huge difference. Amazing the memory your muscles have....I think my wife even likes the progress!!!

Blasted chest today and then went to inside the gym to try and dunk, fail. Close but kept getting hung.

Where are my supplements geRRy!

Back day tomorrow after giving my shoulder some rest. Feels better the last couple days, but pretty sure this is just something I will need to deal with and/or work around for good now.

Hey... I want samples too! These guys already are huge... I'm still small!

Being double jointed in my shoulder can cause some really crappy problems... like when I'm holding weight and it pops out of socket. Ugh. Happened again 2 days ago but, luckily, didn't hurt myself too bad...

My right shoulder creeks like an old rocking chair when I do pull up's. One of my favorite exercises has been off my routine since last year...

Yup, my left shoulder has both "weighlifter's shoulder" and rotator cuff issues now. Chest and deltoid days are such a pleasure now.

Speaking of shoulders, just got done. My partner and I had to get in a quick workout, shortest workout I've had but very nice.

DB presses
Smith machine, behind the neck presses
Upright row
Single arm lat raises

Just finished my work week with arms. Killed it today. 2 scoops of Nitraflex will do the trick.
