Someone will break it (or will they?), might as well be the Avs...can you just wait until our third game on the 18th?

Haven't seen it yet, gonna find it now. They were tearing him apart on XM radio (NHL Network) this morning.

Alright Hog, it's game time. Wild have been playing well. Not sure it's well enough to beat you guys, but hopefully it will be a good game.

Watching the clip, I really thought Richards broke his collarbone or separated his shoulder.... Turns out, he skated his next shift....

It was a nasty dirty play, the kind that can put someone down for a while.

Was it stupid and un called for? yes. Does he deserve to get suspended ? sure. I dont think it was all that nasty. He could have crushed him into the boards if he wanted to. Not saying that that makes it any better. Look at Girardis hit on Ennis in ot that looked a lot worse but only garnered a 2 min penalty.

I was going to post from work but didn't have a chance, watching the slow motion clips it looks like Richards ragdolls as he's hit, hard to tell if it was that hard of a hit or if he was looking for the call, since he was fine the next shift it would seem as though Kaleta reputation cost him 5 games and $76k

It always is between the Wild and Hawks. Both teams playing well, both golaies playing well, should be a one goal game.

Richards is out tonight versus the Flyers, allegedly because of the hit.

My only hope is there isn't a shootout. Yeah I'd love to see a regulation win for the Wild, but we don't stand much of a chance at getting two points with Kane and his .02 MPH shootout strategy....

Would love to see the Wild the Hawks much like the North Stars ed the Flyers when they beat them 7-1 to end that 35 game unbeaten streak in 1980 or 81 forget the year. I was able to be at that game back in the Met Center to see that!

10th in a row for the Hawks, a new franchise record. The ride keeps getting better and better.

The Hawks now have 8 less wins then us in 30 fewer games!

Awesome tribute to Hossa before the game, and before that, the best moment of the night....all 20 Hawks come out for the pre-game skate in "81 Hossa" jerseys.

Excited for tonight's game..... It would be extra sweet, because the guy I help coach the Little One with, is from Chicago and a big 'Hawks fan. He has been reveling in their greatness at practices and games(as he should be)....

Nothing I would enjoy more, than going to practice tomorrow night and nonchalantly asking him how the streak was going.... He is well aware of where my allegiances lie....so on the flip side, I may take a little ribbing myself....
