The Rangers have already put the Rays in a hole, with Lee winning 5-1 today. Like I said above, I'm glad my Yankees got the wild-card, and the Twins. It does not mean we'll win, but I like our chances better.

1-0 series lead for the Yankees with Pettitte & Pavano going tomorrow. Hopefully Pettitte is halthy and gives them some good innings.

Twins blew it. Neither starter had their best stuff, and they had their chances later in the game too. First time I've seen a call go against NY in the postseason in the 9th there. Sigh...god I HATE NY.

Gotta feel like groundhog day for the Twins with another lead going up in smoke.

Kinda feel sorry for them, and not looking much better with that bum Pavano on the mound for them today.

On a bright note, most of their post season wins against the Yankees come in NY....

Eh, CC wasn't great the hole game but Liriano was lights out until the sixth.

I'm really hoping they clean Pavanos clock. I hate that guy, happened to be lucky enough to be at his last game in pinstripes and his first game back after they cut ties with him. He was on the receiving end of some of the best booing i've ever heard

Twins had to chances with guys on with two outs and both times were struck out to end the inning. They had their chances. I hate losing to the Yankees more than anyone.

Carl Pavano did nothing to help the Yankees when he was on the team, so let's hope he can earn a little of that money he got from them by getting hammered tonight.

Speaking of getting hammered, Rangers are beating Rays again, and are on the verge of going up 2 games to zip. Gotta love playing the Twinkies as the wild-card.
