At some point you will and you'll wonder how the heck you were living before. You have a big task ahead of you, but looking at your chart should be motivation that it's working.

Yea... I'll say that the chart actually means a lot more and in my opinion more helpful then the numbers alone...

You will. It takes time since you see the subtle changes every day, so you notice it less. It took me a while to see the changes. Now I look in the mirror and sometimes still can't believe it where I started from.

Keep up the hard work Rob! If you don't feel like you've lost weight, grab something equal to the amount of weight you've lost and carry it around the block in a backpack.
