Yeah, but you have the option to buy WHATEVER player you want. I did a baseball draft like that with 260 and drafted around 25 players. You can do practice auction drafts...I def would do one or two to get the feel of it

If you have never participated in an auction draft I highly recommend you participate in a mock draft. I never have and so I did. Good thing I did, must learn patience grasshopper.
