I not enjoyed another Jockamo IPA from Abita last night. Only 4 more left to not enjoy and I am done with that rack.

Had a goose island demolition that I really liked last night watching the hockey game. Homebrew saison is doing the trick right now.

Stone OG Belgo 2011 Odd Year Release

At 12% ABV, it's got some kick.

There's a brew pub in the town I work called John Harvard's -- very small chain: 6 locations in the Northeast. Brew and sell only their own beers. I was in the other night and had something called a Belgian Tripel. Sugary sweet and a 9% alcohol content. Yummy and buzzy all at the same time.

Not sure how it stacks up against the beers of today, but of course the really good ones are crazy
expensive. Drank that and BBK, as we called Bad Beer from Kaiserslautern.

I tried to guugle bitburger, and now I realize since there is no Bitburger Kaiser Pils. But now that I think of it, I bet it
was actually Bischoff Kaiser Pils. I think I remember it was only OK. I was spoiled for choice over there, though.

Had my first Golden MOnkey last night, very different in a good way.

Thumbs up Re: What beers are you enjoying?

Really having a grand old time with this. 5L ($21 USD) and is fresh to the last drop. It lasts a month and is perfect size in the fridge. If you are doing a picnic, this is much less refuse and is very little upcharge from the same volume in glass.

Went to the Alchemist for dinner tonight. I had one of everything... my wife was not impressed. Mortal sin was the standout for me.
