Took them 8 days to even ship (if it was backordered, they should have told me). Then it got hung up in Indiana for 3 days....looks like it's finally on the move again today.
Delivered today, 13 days after ordering. I won't buy from that seller again.

Eating a lot, but eating very well...I tried to cut as much junk food out of my diet as possible. Other than that, 2 bowls of spinach salad, 6 glasses of 2% milk, and sometimes weight gainer when I miss a meal are a daily staple of diet. 4-5 times a week in the gym! For 18 years I never walked into a weight room...so I really had nothing to lose to begin with

Tried the Muscle Marinade for the first time today. They recommended doing 1/2 scoop the first time, so I did a scoop and a half.

Good workout, good pump, lots of sweat. Didn't make my heart race at all like some have described. I will put it in the rotation for a while and see how it fares in the long haul.

Rob, seems to me that somehow they depend on body chemistry. I have some that work for me, but not for my friends at the gym, and vice versa. That being said, the ones in my rotation that work best for me are:

Creative Labs White Flood
Nutrex Hemo-Rage Utra
USP Labs Jack3d

Good point, I've been asking around and trying to see which names and brands come up frequently. From there, I can begin experimenting with some narrowed down choices to see what i like the best. Thanks for the advice!

Nitric oxide has always worked well for me it works well stacked with creatine but I prefer it without the creatine. The original N02 by MRI is great but pricey. I use the GNC powder much cheaper and more servings per container. Gives a great pump!

Did back day also....it also sucked. The only negatives today were in my attitude. Almost skipped shrugs I was so tired. Super set with abs too. I hate doing ab work but now that I've been doing abs more consistently, though, I've gotta say...still hate ab work.
