Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Finishing up an India Poabs Organic Seethargundu Estate, roasted 4 days ago to FC, drip, splash. Smooth, complex, with a nice long finish. A very nice coffee, from SM.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Knocking back a little more of the Woodchuck before heading out for the evening. I think the Sidomo roast from these guys is a little light to be my morning coffee, but it's killer in the evening.
Trying to get a coffee pass going if any of you guys haven't made a trip to the passes forum lately. I'm going to leave it open until next Friday, if there's no interest I'm drinking it Link |

Enjoying a cup of Great Lakes Coffee Mackinaw Island blend. Local roaster with some pretty good coffee.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
The last of the Bolivian, is sweeter and more floral today. More like SM's description. With 4 days rest, go figure

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
From the Press:
60% Guatemala Acatenenango -Finca La Soledad at Vienna & 40% Kenya Nyeri Ngunguru at Full City+. Deep Dark Chocolate, Baking Spices, Slight Citrus on the sides of the tongue and a small amount of bitter on the back end. Overall a nice dark blend.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
A special lighter roast of the Bolivian, city-city+, clean, sweet, floral, good cup. But, not what I would choose to drink everyday. I like it darker and chocolatey.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
Tried a blend this morning of:
75% Rwanda Kibuye Gitesi at Full City + & 25% El Salvador La Montanita Pacamara at City +. It is decent, but seems to be lacking someting. Its a nice sweet Mid-Range blend.

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
The last of a batch of Ethiopia Amaro Gayo Organic Natural, roasted to city-city+. Smooth sweet, nice. Some brandied cherry as the cup cools. This was a much stronger in yesterday's cup.
