A Bourbon Apple pork loin, seared than tossed is a mire poix oh veg, reduced a red wine sauce, roasted potatoes, stir fried mushrooms, not bad

Cod & linguica with white beans and stewed tomatoes. Yum! Used 3 lbs of captians cut Cod fillets.

Peppered shrimp alfredo with portabellos. It was my first foray into the kitchen since getting home. I forgot how much I enjoy cooking.

hamburger...no bun.....montreal steak seasoning as a rub. After cooking poured on A1 and topped with feta cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Tonight it was a glass of red wine with four cheese Pierogis sauteed with garlic, onions butter and olive oil... Was pretty dang good..

Take out from Outback. 11 oz. Top sirloin, sweet potato, grilled fliet and chcken with a wild rice mix and grilled pineapple.

Did a variation on a chicken bake recipe to use up some leftovers.
Lined a baking dish with stuffing, fried some pork chops until just shy of done, diced and mixed with some turkey gravy (why is there *always* gravy left when the turkey is gone?), threw that on the stuffing, topped with shredded cheddar and baked @ 350 for 15 minutes. Very tasty. Usually I make this with chicken and "Creme of..." soup (mushroom and celery are both good). Posted via Mobile Device |

Did a venison roast braised in red wine with portabella mushrooms, onions, bacon, garlic, basil, parsley, and chives. Served over egg noodles.
