And to make things worse I also watch the Rams shut out the Saints in the first half after it takes New Orleans 3 quarters to get to 3rd down against Indy.

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
why doesnt' Caldwell take the shackles off Painter? When they open things up like they did in the second half, the offense actuaaly looks not half bad.
And for the love of God, stop putting Brown out there,LOL |

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
Yeah, my Hoosiers didn't lose this weekend. Of course, they didn't play.

Peyton has my vote for MVP. Amazing, the team loses a high forehead and the whole season goes down the tubes. Better luck next year.

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
Vic, you are a true loyalist. I congratulate you and the Colts for apparently winning the Suck for Luck sweepstakes since Miami remembered how to win a football game. I might take Moore from Boise State instead but good luck to you guys.

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
Paul, tell the boys no need to score 60 points next week.
Been a rough year for sure, but I think we can bring the team back essentially intact for next season. With a good draft for a change, we should be back to our old selves. Lots of free agency decisions to make, with a big $28 million one at the top of the list.

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
As a Panthers fan, I feel your pain this year. Carolina has sucked for a while now. I was scared for a minute that you guys were about to get your first win of the season from us.

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
Unless Payaton demonstrates he's 100% before spring, he's going to be gone. He's due a $28M bonus March 1st. If they keep captain brokedick around, those idiots deserve another 0-12 start, not that I wouldn't enjoy another meltdown. .

So how does the Colts faithful think about Tressel? I know the post above me is not a fan haha.
Also, what about Peyton coming back? Think he'll be able to? Career ending injury? Thoughts? |

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
Manning is done in Indy. As if they didn't throw away ~ $18M or whatever this year, I think I heard that the big head is due a $28M signing bonus the first week of March. Not gonna happen for a guy that won't even be cleared to play.
I think he's more likely to be wearing a Jets uniform than a Colts uniform next year, providing he is ever cleared. At least we can look forward to Eli having the same stupid mannerisms on the field for a few more years if Payaton is unable to go. |

Re: The Horseshoe Mafia
All that I have read about Pagano has been good so far. A players coach for sure. After the Caldwell era, if an era can be 3 years, I will settle for someone that can manage a game clock and we'll work from there.
Defense will get bigger, that I like. Excited about the hire.
