Baked flounder and some white rice.

This was the first time I'd tried working with flounder, so I didn't put anything on it except pepper and a *touch* of garlic powder. I'm impressed it came out as as it did.

NY strip steaks dusted with Jeff Ruby's steak dust, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled zuchinni and squash. Very yummy
