I never want to see any of you guys do neck exercises. You’ll get punched.

BB Pendlay rows 5x6

Farmers walk - pull ups (51) 5 rounds

Seated Arnold db 4x6-8
Reverse grip pull downs 4x8

Finished with machine preacher - reverse grip bb curls 4x

1000m row
40 pull-ups
40 kettlebell swings 26kg
40 push-ups

3x

My back and my vertebrates are really bothering me right now, like I want to crack each one. It's been annoying me all night. Hope it goes away after I put this bottle of scotch down my throat?

How's the hangover, Mr. Kim?

Back yesterday, and tweaked it again doing heavy T-bars. Went light after that, repping out barbell rows and close grip pulldowns. Still was able to play hockey last night. Hoping the week break from hockey for the holidays let's it loosen back up.

Heading in for a leg workout shortly, probably going to keep it fairly light.

Because you were wearing a onesie?

Shoulder day

Seated military press - light weight for volume
Rear delt flyes - medium weight for 15-20 reps per set
Barbell shrugs - heavy weight, 10-12 reps per set

Leg day tomorrow, and the lower back feels better, hopefully I can rock the wheels.

I was on a PVC pipe for an hour today, listening to music while cracking every vertebrae in my body. If you can guess the artist, I will send you a Hoyo.

Sweet, one of Carlos Fuente's personal cigars for each of us?

Off to hit legs. Then to hit the steak and eggs, hard.

No love for Tay-Tay

I liked when she was a little more country, still pop, just a little bit country.

The Golden Girls Greatest Hits?

Leg day today. Guess I need to do a better job eating before my workouts in the morning. Very light headed after a bunch of sets. That's what you get when you're gone for two weeks and nothing in the fridge.

Leg press, 4x10-12
Lunges 4x10 (variation with large exercise ball against small of back and against the wall)
Hamstring curls, 4x10-12
Single leg calf raises, 4x10-12
Used the TRX setup to work glutes, with feet in the handles, back on the floor and butt in the air. Spread feet out to the sides and hold. 4x10
