Had an Ommegang Abbey Ale last night I picked up at Trader Joe's. Still getting used to the relatively high alcohol content in some of these, but great taste!

You can never have too many cigars, they are like an investment in good times.

I was at the DFH brewpub in Rehoboth Beach last night... I particularly enjoyed their Quartier Rouge (description from the Dogfish website):

Availability: Limited, Draft Only
The Quartier Rouge is a reddish hued Belgian-style Tripel flavored with grains of paradise and guarana seeds. It's the brainchild of our very own Engineering & Maintenance Departments (who helped make the brew)! Unfiltered and 100% keg conditioned...very tasty!

9.4% ABV, only available at the brewpub (sadly). It's wonderful.

Cheers,
G

Why does it not surprise me that the Engineering and Maintenance departments needed something to get them drunk and keep them awake so they could carry on working?
