Good freakin' luck with that. The title is more correct than likely intended, in that EVERYONE got their Powerball tickets. I've a small shop off the beaten track, and today alone we've sold nearly a grand's worth of salmon paper . . . with virtually all of it worthless, I would wager.

But hey, you DO improve your chances slightly by buying one, or thirty.
