			Ferdie, i have read that from several different places as well.. And also its not good for the body (loose skin, dehydration, etc). im not expecting much until i get to the gym.. i cant wait And ive been getting 80-90 grams of protein in every day, and ive been drinking enough fluids.. its not easy though, but gotta do it! |

			Congratulations and good luck.  Look at this as a marathon and not a sprint, don't try to lose the weight too quickly.  The more gradually you lose it, the more likely you will be to keep it off.
