I'm happy Nick got to smoke one on his birthday, but sad I may never get to smoke a Skull & Bones.

The 2010 I am smoking is very good. Only an inch in. Starts with a bang and is a slow burner. Good amount of smoke. Really liking this, although the price her on Cali is rough at near 14.00 per stick plus tax.

It really should not be that much, but I guess different shops different prices.

They are (were) available from some shops here in Cali for under $12, but like any other limited edition some B&M's charge more...

I wish I'd seen that. The B&M I got a few from is usually VERY reasonable. They were selling them for $13.49 per stick plus tax. That's almost $15 per single out the door. They are very good though.

I understand how it works. Like I posted, different shops, different prices. I was just stating that the price should be roughly around 10.50.

Either way, I should be getting some next week or so.

I wasn't clear—I was agreeing with you—they should be less but often aren't.

A friend of mine did get a box at around $10.50 each but he's a regular customer—that same shop charges more to those that only call for hard to find stuff... I don't have a problem with shops giving dibs and a better deal to those that regularly support them.

Well like Mario said our local b&m had them at 13.50+tax. I guess our shop saw the opportunity to make some extra dollars on some rare sticks. I bought the box largely to help people who would otherwise not get any locate some. Same with a box of face I picked up. Moved some to the guys at the local who didn't get any. We don't all have buddies who own shops and help us get boxes so we pay what the market asks if we want them. I would tell u what I paid for my face box, but I am sure its more then what you got your box or boxes for from your buddy

I had the NHC S&B site bookmarked on my phone and while I was out of the office from 12-2, they seem to have sold out. I was checking and checking and checking. Oh well another Limited that I don't really need eh?

Well boys and girls I got to say having smoked a face now and the S&B. The S&B is my pick of the two. Funny as I don't like most of the regular viaje stuff and I prefer tats to most stuff. Face opens better and finishes well, but fades in the middle badly, S&B is on the whole time for my pallet. As someone else had happen the wrapper on my face cracked.
