Congrats on the score! I might be able to save you some $$ on the cedar. When you determine what you need, I can mill it up for you at cost. If you're able to resaw and thickness just hit up your local wood supplier for the rough spanish cedar. Shoot me a PM and we can discuss some options. Happy to help.
