Best cigar? Gorilla finger, hands down.
![]() I don't really have a definitive answer for this one, as there are many cigars that I've smoked that have been great, and not one of them shines brighter than the others. I guess if I had to say one at this moment in time, it would be '07 RASS.

Best ever - easy King Edward from the 30's or 40's IIRC that Hal (hk3) shared with us at a herf in Richmond. Each puff was like smoking a new cigar. The flavors and complexity were unreal. And smooooooooooooooooth.

It used to be 07 Boli CE but I had a PLPC from my 07 cab that was absolutely and totally different than any of the others I had..the flavors were mesmerizing...I hope to repeat that one.

Best ever? Probably the old Por Larranaga I smoked New Year's Eve 2010 a gift from the Dark Lord. The original release Edmundo Dantes Conde 109 would be close second. Looking at Kelly's post looks like I need to burn my 1994!

There's a couple that really stick out in my mind
Arturo Fuente Hemmingway Masterpiece - the first hand-rolled cigar I ever smoked, first I ever fell in love with, and first I ever bought a box of. Padilla Achilles Salomon - Kept me company for a long car drive. Loved it, and all of the robustos I have had since have been equally stellar. Some DPG - That's descriptive, isn't it? My local cigar shop was lucky enough to have DP come and roll cigars for us. I bought 5x DPG cigars so that I got to take one of the rolled cigars home with me. 4 months later, I smoked one of the most amazing cigars I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, DPG doesn't do that mixture of wrapper/filler for commercial cigars yet. |

Best ever...toss up between the CAO MX3 & the Camacho Triple Maduro...the flavors were unreal, smooth, yet strong...kinda like a slap to the face...exactly what I enjoy in a stick.

I've been thinking about this for some time, its a tough one for me to narrow down. I can get in the neighborhood tho I guess.
Farmhouse Trinidad Fundadore - The first one I had at Shak 08, that was a mindblower. Cohiba Milli Pyramid - Again the first one I smoked, indescribably good. 1994 - In my opinion the best of the holy trinity, prolly only because I can find them. 1994 Cohiba Lancero - this thing was off the charts good. VR Jube - Its been mentioned a couple of times but this is a "slap yo momma for telling you not to smoke" good cigar. |

A Party Short that was given to me by somebody here or at that other place. I do not recall his name. It was flat-out fantastic, but left me wanting another. I'd love to have a smoke such as that in a 6X60 without losing or gaining any profile characteristics.
