I don't know that LSU has the firepower to come back if they get down by a couple

Lee will be good eventually, but he's not there yet

3:00 left, and Steven Garcia has thrown a costly INT shortly after an LSU score.

Oh, well...

Big win for BC over VA Tech, now tied for the lead in their half of the ACC.

Friggin' BC, I swear they're like kryptonite for Tech.

Our defense was on their game, but the anemic offense has got to get it together. I think our defense probably had more yardage than the Off. last night, and gets credit for all 23 pts.

VT vs BC in Jacksonville again? When are the darn commissioners going to wise up and move that game further north, since all the Florids schools suck now.

Another big one or two in the Big 12, what's happening in the SEC? (GA/LSU right?)

Yup... lots of big games.

Texas vs OSU... gonna be another tough one but the horns will pull it out.
Texas Tech vs Kansas should be an awesome game but expect tech to win.

Alabama vs Tennessee is always a tough game, lets hope the vols pull it out!
Georgia vs LSU is the big game should be damn good.

Then of course Penn State gets to prove if they deserve to be #3 with a big game at OSU. If they win, they are undisputed #3 or better. If they lose, look for them to drop about 4-6 ranks for their one mistake.

of those, I pick, Texas, KU, Bama, probably Georgia to win

I want to see Texas/Bama in the big game, so I hope Bama runs to table to that point

I am with ya on picks except for the Kansas pick... I don't think they can beat tech. I could see TT beating KU by about 14...

As for the Bama game I just want the best team out there besides Texas to play us... but I too would love to see a Texas/Bama finale...

Who do you pick for the Penn/osu game? I think I might have to pick this as the upset game and go OSU... it will be a close game either way I think...

The best place for the title game is Atlanta in the Georgia Dome. It is the most central for the ACC teams and is probably the most convenient fly in/fly out city in the conference. The only problem is if GT is in the game, it is like a home game for them.

With their win over Purdue this afternoon, they are now 7-1 overall and 3-1 in the Big 10. The turnaround from last year for Brewster's squad is nothing short of a miracle. Our defense is actually pretty solid, and the Weber-Decker combination has been pretty fun to watch this year. They were coming into this week ranked 24th in the country, and should hopefully improve after this weekend.

With 3 out of our last 4 games at home this season, we might actually have a shot at a New Year's Day bowl game. Who would've thought that for the Gophers at the beginning of this year? Coming off of a 1-11 season last year, Brewster has been pretty damn impressive so far.
