My buddies and I came up with "The Bi#ch slap".
a touch of 151 rum
(Any booze that uses a strainer to slow the pour down has to be good)
Pink grapefruit Juice

You have no idea that you are drinking booze until......WHAP!!!

Rum and Tonic

Fill rocks glass with ice

add 1/2 glass of dark or gold rum (Pyrate works great)

Top off with Tonic and add lime wedge

Simple, refreshing, and a great change of pace.

Not sure if this even has a name (probably does as it's hard to create anything new these days)... but I crafted it one night for my fiance and she loved it to death.

1 1/2 shot Malibu Rum
1/2 shot Midori
1/2 shot Triple Sec

Shaken over ice and served in a martini glass.

Personally I just drink vodka martinis or scotch/cognac/whiskey/bourbon ... I create the drinks for her.

Yeah, I used to think I was a martini fan, but then I realized the less vermouth I had in it the better I liked it. Now I skip the vermouth completely. And use freezer-chilled gin. YUM! Of course this is no longer a martini.

i like whiskey sours, 3 shots of whiskey, and top of with sweet and sour mix. Make sure you do this in a tall glass if you don't want it to be too strong.

My whiskey sour:

In shaker,
4 oz. whiskey
splash of bitters
4-8 oz. sweet& sour mix (I like mine towards the strong end of this)
1 oz. liquor from maraschino cherry jar
shake well and pour over ice in tall glass
add cherry or two

Summertime drink, in winter I just drink my likker neat.
