Oh, here's one of my fav's...

Greenpepper and american cheese sandwich... its not unusual or nasty but no one i ever spoke to knows about them.

Frito pie = fritos and chilli
duck nachos = tortillas, duck confit, avocado, sour cream, and pepper jack
plantain sweet potato risotto
lobster vanilla bean risotto
foie gras on anything

I like fries and mayo too and it doesn't seem that weird to me, but you get some of the oddest looks. I picked it up in Germany.

The wife use to hate beer until we went to Germany and had an Ossa Vasa (I know I probably spelled it wrong) but it is half beer half sprite...it's good.

I do this as well. Sometimes I also mix ketchup and mayo together and dip fries in them (tastes about like Thousand Island dressing).

That reminds me that at times I'll each Chick-fila nuggets with honey. It's a similar combo.
