You could start a poll on how to move forward with a contest on this poll

LoL Thanks TJarv, Yes as you all well know I like posting polls for people to vote on... And as I have read, to get full access to the forums you need a mixture of time and participation, So since I can't control time (my machine broke down) I guess I'll have to keep posting polls to work on my participation...

Unless that is, the Admins would rather me stop posting polls, in which case I'll have to start posting you-tube videos of pretty pink bunny rabbits... lol

I'm going to the ToE....perhaps early access in return for a non-poll agreement.

It would be greatly appreciated Tom, I promise I will be far less annoying when I have more to look at...

I can't speak for the criteria set by the TOE, but generally speaking, quality tends to get you further than quantity.

Very True T.G. but I must say I feel my logic is sound, what better way then to work on participation then to create polls that allow people to participate?

I agree.
The criteria was put in place to minimize people deliberately trying to gain access.

My advice, Rob, is to relax and be yourself. Trying to rush things doesn't help. Be patient and doors will open soon enough.

I disagree. Putting up a poll on anything you can think of to try and accelerate your access to additional forums is not what we had in mind.

A poo flinging monkey with thousands of decorated walls to it's credit ain't getting that acceptance letter into art school, even if it thinks it's Jackson Pollock reincarnate...

Thanks Peter,
Honestly the participation requirement was an afterthought, As I am sure Peter can tell everyone, I am just inquisitive, sometimes overly inquisitive, and it is meant as nothing but a newb in the search for knowledge, or in the case of my polls, opinion...

I am going to heed Peter's advice, I will not post my next poll topic till next week... My very last wish is to be an annoyance... I just thought posting a poll would be a good way to show I am an frequently active member that cares what others think on here, and that by giving others something to participate in, they might get to know me better and sooner then if I was a year long member with only a few posts...

Thanks Tom / Peter & The rest of the ToE, I assure you, whenever I am chosen, I will make the most of it...

Rob

In the search for knowledge, I will quote what many have said here.
"Read more. Post less."

In the words of the "cigar genius" I first caress the cigar then I taste the cigar, then I spank the cigar... soft at first then really rough it and give it a beating .... Because it likes it ...it likes it a lot.

Of course different cigars like to be treated to dinner before the punishment but you learn about them after a bit of conversation.

Joking!!! seriously who has the time for foreplay? I just walk up to them tell the one that caught my eye .....(you are coming with me) and with a swift and decisive cut from my palio I take the sucka and light it up to a beautiful cloud of smoke and a powdery lump of ashes... and once I'm done with it its on to the next ......

Yeah I'm a player,

don't hate the player hate the game
