Thanks, Mac. I must have tried the Black/Madura previously. How do you think the red compares to the black?

Briar, sorry for the threadjack - I promise to give it back shortly

On topic, how about Tat Fausto - strong, but smooth (to me, at least.)
Or, J Fuego Origen Original? I don't like this blend in other sizes, but the ugly little figurado is stellar.
Another under the radar great flavor cigar is the La Duena - I particularly like the petite lancero.

Both are excellent sticks, Dave. I just prefer the red, a tad over the black.

Went to Atlantic to grab the reds, but I saw the black lances for just a smidge over $3 per and I think I'll have to get those too. Thanks, Mac.

+1 to the LFD Double Ligero. Tried one in the Chisel shape for the first time last night and it really blew me away!

I think the La Jugada Prieto is one of my favorite flavor bombs.

Not cheap, but Four Kicks do it for me as far as flavor bombs go, along with Curivari.

Mac - Refining the search to Maduros and Oscuros... List your top 10 of these. Take your time and don't drool on the keyboard thinking about it too much!
I've found several fine sticks, but still looking for more. Can't get 'nuff of that dark goodness!

Thanks, brother! See your #2 Oscuro pick; the PDR. Need to give that one more attention. The Capa Maduro in 1878 is one of my fav maddies. I feel you on the LFD's - awesome sticks.
Appreciate all,
RR
