Either way is Ryan gone at the end of the season?

I think that boils down to asses in seats. If the stadium is still full and they're selling jerseys, there's a good chance he's still there.
Depends how his contract reads, too.

Peanut Tillman and Lance Briggs score INT TDs for the second week in a row.
The Bears' defense is one of the top offenses in the NFL.

The Pats are starting to come together on Defense, John. If that clicks, they'll have a good shot at going deep in the playoffs.
I think this week's games were a good measure of a lot of teams, the Pats being one of them.

Is anyone else flat out amazed how much the game has become so QB centric? I just cannot believe how well D has shut down running games all over the league in the last ten or so years and there are no longer superstar RB's like Walter, Barry, or even Emmit... I love to see good hardnosed running Offenses and i was hoping the Texans had a chance to be that but with their complete shut down Sunday night I don't know that there is much left.
Is there a chance for anyone to be a Superstar RB again?

I am equally pleased with the Broncos win and Phillip Rivers total collapse, a player who just rubs me wrong. To have him put 2 on the grass & throw 4 to the Broncos was epic. What a comeback, most of which I didn't see, because I had conceeded the loss and turned it to the baseball game.
Go Broncos & quit digging early game holes please! |

Time for the Seahawks to start a win streak. All the hard road games are over, so now is the time to start letting Wilson show what he can do and see how many teams they can roll....

Tim Jennings does it again....2 pics including a pic-6. He was Defensive player of the month for Sept. Should be player of the week this week, after Peanut Tillman was player of the week after the last 2 Bears games. 6-1, Baby.
