I'd love to say one-a-day, but really maybe 2/week. Some weeks more (during the summer), but usually about that. If I'm lucky. Haven't had a single one in 3+ weeks just due to work and a head cold.

Have a bit of Vitamin N layover LOL, I would have smoked another but it was 2 am.

I try to keep it at 3 - 4 a week, just so when I do get to smoke, I get to enjoy it.

When I'm not working a lot during the week, especially not early, I get maybe two per session of relaxation.

Depends on the time of year but normally it's something like this:
While at school - 1 a week
While at home - 4-5 a week
