I make a sweet BBQ sauce with ketchup, worcestershire, garlic, brown sugar, and curry. I also tried out an Alabama white BBQ sauce this past summer that's great on chops and chicken breasts and pretty easy to whip up: mayo, cider vinegar, lemon juice, and curry.
