In the process of dusting off some pipes as well after perusing cigar prices. A couple restored Kaywoodies to be exact with a bowl of H&H Marble Kake 8/16 and PS Navy Flake 1/06. Both good smoking 'baccy.

Re: Whats in your bowl?
No picture, but some Samuel Gawirh FVF Burnt Ends in a smaller no-name flake pipe. If you have heard anything about this stuff, it sold out very quickly when it was released, but I managed to grab a couple ounces. I cut off what I thought would be flakes off of the end of one, I must admit it was a bear to try and rub out. It ended up more as small cubes in the pipe. It was tough to get burning and keep lit. The flavor however, was rich and sweet.
They will be more experimentation with this in the future, but I must admit a little frustration with my first experience.

G&H Bright CR flake in a Weingott Brandy. Great straight VA blend with very little soapiness on the back end.

Mixed some McClelland No.27 VA with SG Golden Glow to tame the brightness which is a bit much who's preference strays from straight VAs. Worked well for me and was enjoyable in a Sav seconds poker.

Went back to large bowl brandy for a few bowls of C&D Pegasus. Never was a fan of most burley blends but was impressed with this one.

Re: Whats in your bowl?
Thanks, I'm not really spreading out my smoking i have a couple other nice beers should be working on but this is the right size, a shape i love and it smokes beautifully so i just keep refiling it, i will have to make an effort and put it back on the rack and pull down one of the others and start to smoke that.

Gawith & Hoggarth Cherry Cream Flake that the Rev had sent me for a blind review a while back. Wife appreciated the aroma and was a nice puff.

Some 2008 FVF in .... the Dragon Meer! I usually smoke the same blend the the day or however many days then switch it up for a day or two.
Side note, discovered today that another Team Lead i work with is close friends (well he and his wife) with the woman that runs Cup o' Joes. |

Mine is all gone. And now, it is pretty much unavailable. I am not too disappointed. I normally do not smoke **ANY** aromatics, so that was only for a change of pace. I don't really miss it except when maybe it comes up in a forum like this. And even then, I only miss it in a whimsical sort of way - not a craving sort of way. Enjoy it! Peace of the Lord be with you.
