Last night I was feeling a little depressed, and so I turned on the No Agenda Show podcast (MUCH recommended) and fired up a La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Chisel--- SO dark, SO tasty, and perfect for just sending the week away and embracing the weekend.

Thursday herd whipped out an ancient Don Pepin Blue I snagged outings cigar pass a year and a half ago. Not sure vintage but not original label so I'm guessing five years or so but hell, could've three. Wrapper was yellow so all that nasty ammonia had out gassed.

The cigar had plenty of pepper with some muted cedar but no espresso as the cigar smoothed that out. Still very rich and enjoyable.

Second cigar was one of my favorites, the Skull and Bones from Surrogate ahhhh

In a business trip so brought some cigars. Some people give me hell for not trying different cigars but hey, I like what I like.

Up for bat tonight is the one ISOM, the Hoyo de Monterey No 2 with about 8 months of rest and it's very nice as most of the tannins are smoothed out.
