Doctor suggested surgery, so I'll be doing that in a few months probably.

Ripped my back to shreds yesterday, supersets of bent over and T-bar rows, heavy cable rows, pullups.

Legs today, will go light as I have hockey tonight.

Great to see you too, Brother, wish you could have made Sat and Sun. I went to Dic's uncle's house for dinner with Dic, Bob and Greg Sunday...tried some new foods, had a blast with Dic's family.

Chest was strong yesterday. Back and shoulders today, hockey tonight, legs and arms tomorrow. Then another 4 days off.
