Had a very good leg day. Squats felt on point. First time going heavy for working sets.

Squats 4x3 @ 345
Pause squats
Stiff leg deads
Seated leg extensions

Skipped on lunch, just had a protein and some carbs... saved it for dinnah.

Chicago deep dish! Had 5 slices.

It's not unusual to see me cry, oh, I wanna die.

Called an audible and just worked shoulders with 3 consecutive nights of hockey starting tomorrow, including playoff games Friday and Saturday.

Had a great shoulder workout, standing and seated presses, heavy and smooth. Finished off with some barbell shrugs....used straps for the first time in many moons, and was able to rep out some heavy sets.

Arms tomorrow, and likely off Friday. Will play Saturday by ear depending on how gassed I feel after the first 2 game nights.

Looks like Dust Extreme is dwindling on eBay. Price is way up, and supplies are short. Might pick up another spare in case they pull it completely.

Not only did I take Satuirday off, but Sunday too after 3 games in 3 nights.

Bad news: It left chest for a Monday.

Good news: Had a great workout, strong, focused and lots of gas. Back tomorrow, then another playoff game tomorrow night.

Had the weekend off as well. Austin, Texas was kind to me. Good food, good booze and better strippers.

Took two days off but I decided to go in Sunday night for some chest.

This week will be a catch up week. Nothing heavy, just lots of reps and sets.

Legs yesterday.

Hack squats
Leg curls.

Plenty of room today so I got to do my Barbell row/T-bar row supersets. Did 5 of them, then did 3 sets of heavier T-bars, followed by 3 sets of heavier BB rows. 4 sets of cable rows, 2 dead hangs and I was done. Saving a little gas fr another playoff game tonight.
