The new and improved Balkan Supreme in an old, restored Kaywoodie........not a bad bowl for being my first in a couple of years.

Purchased a pickaxe with a bamboo extension (making it church warden-ish), but I could not identify the maker. It was unsmoked at Riegels in Ft. Wayne. It smokes wonderfully.

Loaded tonight with Stokkebye Luxury Bulls Eye Flake. Yummy!!!

also found a 10 yr old 8 oz tin of GLP Fillmore...
so, 12 hr shifts with long droughts of nothing to do, so would head out and have either the GLP Fillmore or GH Dark Flake Scented.

Smoking some G&H Brown flake and enjoying it.
Also had some Ennerdale and Bright CR flakes that I thought were pretty good. Surely have improved with some cellar time.

Presbyterian Mixture.
My first foray into oriental/latakia land. I don't know why I've waited so long this is good stuff. It won't replace my virginias & vapers but now I'll have to try some more of these english blends. And of course expand the "cellar" a bit.

Enjoyed a bowl of Dunhill Ready Rubbed. My first foray into the pipe world. My pack was terrible and I had to relight more than I would have liked, but overall a successful first smoke. Would love to hear some recommendations for a newbie pipe smoker.

Does PH mean Peter Heinrichs?
Love his curlies (reg and special). Special is the closest to three nuns i've had.

May have to investigate that curly block.

Practice. Let the tobacco you are about to smoke dry out for around 30 minutes before you load the bowl.

Also, relighting is no big deal. If you have to, you have to.
